Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs
Dear Linda, (McFarlane, Life Account Representative)
As a business decision, as opposed to placing my usual full page ad for January in Parkland Life, I was “advised” to put smaller ads in as many places as possible. I have to tell you that it has been an eye-opening experience! I have always appreciated how well I have been treated by Life Publications and did not need any lessons in advertising to know I was advertising with the highest quality publication in the area.
[In the other publication] I have experienced everything from unnecessary abrasiveness and deceit to the point that I have dreaded placing my next ad, to dealing with an agent on the phone only, which probably explains my forgottento-be printed ad and next ad in grey (not even black & white) when it was supposed to be color and several more unmentionable experiences.
Parkland Life will always be “home” to me and a good part of it has to do with you, Linda, always going above and beyond to accommodate my business needs with much patience. Over the past three years of advertising with you I have grown to appreciate and respect you in so many ways. Thank you. It’s really important to me to play a role in improving the health of my community and I am most appreciative of the opportunities your publication has given me to have important health related articles published in your magazine. To me that is one of the major factors and is what makes your magazine stand above the rest, printing really helpful and important information as opposed to publications filled with self-promoting advertorials!!
I look forward to our continued good relationship and anticipate nothing less than what I have been given, the highest quality of service from the most outstanding publication in the area.
Best Regards, Fran Perel, Parkland Pilates of Coral Springs

Debby (Gold, Life Magazine Account Manager),
Thank you for the awesome placement in the magazine, (February 2007). I do notice these things. And they do matter. I already received a call from a buyer … Yeah!!!!!

Dear Editor,
This is to inform you that I am very impressed with the professionalism of the design you created for my ad in Coconut Creek Life Magazine, especially compared to the “original” copy I presented to Rhonda Rosenof, my account rep. Rhonda pulled out the essence of the “book” of information I gave you, to make the ad easy to read and understand. Your art department truly designed an ad that reflects the full range of options that I offer (first time home buyer through estates), as well as the professionalism and level of service that are my hallmark. What a talented bunch! Everyone who sees the ad has complimented me on the image of professionalism and quality that it conveys. Thank you and I look forward to also advertising in the Parkland Life and BocaDelray Life magazines as well.

Dear Rhonda(Rosenof, PL Account Manager),
I just wanted to drop you a line letting you know that I couldn’t believe that just by advertising a 1/6 page ad in your Parkland Life Magazine could have brought me so much business!! I was amazed that people actually found me in there. It doesn’t take much, I guess. Thanks for taking the time to set-up these wonderful ads and take care of all the changes we had.
Thanks again, M.J. (Mermer), Pilates by M.J.
